Q. What software can I use to create my artwork files, and what are the art requirements?
A. We work with most of the standard graphics programs in either Mac or PC including QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, Illustrator and Photoshop, and Coreldraw in PC. For the most current versions and detailed artwork guidelines contact us at info@teckmark.com
Q. How do I send my files to you?
A. You can send files via email. Be sure to include your identification and order reference.
Q. What is your delivery time?
A. Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from receipt of approved art. Weekends and holidays are not included in calculating the delivery. When you need it we offer RUSH deliveries. Contact us for details.
Q. What are your terms of sale?
A. On first orders we typically expect payment at the time of placing the order. After the first order we will send you a credit application and for accounts with approved credit we offer Net 30 days.
Q. Do you take credit cards?
A. Yes. We accept Visa & MasterCard. We will require a signed release authorizing us to debit your card, either on an order by order basis or a blanket covering a specified period of time.
Q. Do you offer standard colours?
A. Yes. Teckmark lists over 60 standard colours to choose from at no extra cost. Contact us for a copy of the list.
Q. Can I get Pantone® colour matches for colours not in the standard list? (Pantone® is a registered trademark of Pantone Inc.)
A. Yes. For a nominal extra charge per colour, Teckmark will custom mix the required colours. Contact us for more information on colour matching.
Q. Are your inks light fast?
A. Yes. Teckmark uses standard inks that exhibit very good fade resistance under normal lighting in indoor environments. We can, at a slightly higher price, provide inks that have excellent fade resistance in the order of three to five years in direct sunlight.
